::コーヒーはハンドドリップで提供される。抽出スピードが早めなのか、コーヒーを飲んだ後に残る味の余韻は控え目。決して悪い味ではないが、豆の種類を選ぶ必要はないのではないかと思ってしまう。 黒パンを使ったサンドイッチは、ありがちなパサパサ感が抑えられパンと具材のハーモニーをしっかり味わえる。
