Mister Maple
::It was a nice cozy little space for breakfast. It wasn't smoke-free, so we shifted to the counter bar table. The owner is a 70 plus years old uncle who is very chatty. He has a whole cabinet of all the collections of his cups.

::Hiden gem of downtown! This is smoked allowed cafe with amazing breakfast: delicious salad, fluffy toasts and coffee. The most touching thing - big porcelain cups collection. The food is really good and atmosphere 10/10!

::This place isn't smoke free, so be warned. The owner is the nicest guy. I don't think he can speak much English, but if you speak Japanese, ask about his dog. He was super friendly. The coffee is delicious and the toast is a pleasant combination of fluffy and crispy. He has a beautiful collection of coffee cups. The sunflower cup and spoon set was particularly beautiful.

::Should have come here instead of going to Prontos. Had a second round of breakfast. Very cute traditional little place. One man show. Every guests needs to order a set.

::Very kind staff and great classic kissaten meals. Toast with the red bean paste (ogura toast) was my favorite ✨ Please be guided for first timers to kissatens that they allow smoking. As the space is small, please be advised with those who are sensitive to the smell of tobacco.
