::I think the soup is more modern than Kunimatsu, but the staff and atmosphere are not good enough and I don't feel satisfied when I leave. I visited on a weekday night, but as soon as I opened the empty door, I wondered if I should stop. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. The staff didn't seem very nice. One of them asks me a seat even though it's empty. If that seat is a seat that you think is good for the customer, then that's fine. Is there a reason to pack it so tightly to the edge? Even though there are no customers. I talk a lot in private. It's an empty store, so you can hear it even if you don't like it. The service was quick, and the taste was a bit unpredictable, but it wasn't bad. I don't think it's bad, but there are many negative aspects such as the atmosphere, and I wonder if I would want to come again at this price.I wonder how the business itself is. There are so many things that come to mind that I wish could be improved, but I wonder if it's something we don't realize ourselves.

::I visited the store for the first time. The default version seems to be dandan noodles, but I really wanted to eat ramen, so I ordered the special tonkotsu ramen. It was 1000 yen. I'm a soy sauce tonkotsu fan, so yeah! good! It wasn't. Also, if I spend 1,000 yen, I can eat my favorite ramen at a nearby restaurant and get the change, so I don't think I'll come back to eat ramen again. However, I haven't eaten the default Dandan noodles, so when I eat this, Hell! It might be. The customers who finished eating said that it was delicious.

::I went there with a family friend. A store specializing in Dandan noodles. The parking lot was crowded as it was around noon, but luckily it was empty. Orders can be purchased in advance using a ticket machine. The staff will guide you to your seat. If you go around 1pm, it will be relatively empty. What I ordered↓ Special soup-less dandan noodles ・Large bowl of noodles ・Spiciness 2 (standard) ・Comes with warm egg Special soup-less dandan noodles ・Noodles normal ・Spiciness 1 ・Comes with warm egg small meal ・With dill *Dandan noodles with zero spiciness are also available. Fried gyoza Before I tried Dandan noodles, I imagined it to be Chinese-style, but it felt more like Western-style Dandan noodles. I was told that the taste could be changed by adding a hot egg after I had eaten it for a while, and when I tried it, it became mellower and was very delicious. It would have been nice to increase the spiciness level a little more (about 3-4). I drank all the remaining soup without any soup. I wanted to try it and see how it would taste if I added rice to it. Although it is a gyoza, it is a little smaller compared to a normal ramen shop. The skin is crispy and the inside is juicy, so you can eat as many as you want. I would like to go there again.

::2024/3 What I received today... Special soup-less Dandan noodles ¥1000 Medium meal ¥200 Special comes with warm egg + green onion and extra minced meat The only way to eat soupless dandan noodles is to mix them well. Then add spices and toppings to your liking. Vinegar softens the spiciness and makes the hot spring egg mellow. By the way, the "Ebira Oil" on the table is so spicy that it makes you cry! After eating the noodles, add the rice Mix this too and make Dandan rice, it's twice as delicious. However, I would like the rice not to be served immediately after ordering, but at least to be brought along with the dandan noodles or later. Otherwise it will be cold by the time you put it in. Especially if they recommend putting it in later. The store is large, so there is plenty of room for families. 13 parking spaces available Thank you for the meal

::When I first entered the store, I ordered small rice and fried gyoza with 2 spices. I would like the Dandan noodles without soup to have a little more flavor and piping hot noodles. The gyoza was overcooked and not tasty.
