I think the most important thing is to put yourself in the patient's shoes and listen to the patient's story, and to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. Admittedly, the waiting room is small. Sometimes the parking lot is full and you can't park. It would be even better if you could do it in a larger area. I don't think the receptionist's response is bad either.

He took his time administering the anesthesia and carefully proceeded with the treatment. I was moved to tears by the painless cavities treatment I received for the first time in my life! ! I don't think it was just the clinic's fault, but even though I was in the middle of treatment, I was forcibly terminated and was unable to make an appointment. Now, I have found a kind and thorough dentist, and I have successfully completed treatment and only need check-ups once every six months.
