  I think it's good. I was worried about the treatment at another hospital, so I asked for your help. Most of the doctors on duty were female, but they were friendly, gave thorough explanations, and the treatment went smoothly. The dental hygienist also told me every time I moved, so I felt at ease. I think the most important thing is to put yourself in the patient's shoes and listen to the patient's story, and to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. Admittedly, the waiting room is small. Sometimes the parking lot is full and you can't park. It would be even better if you could do it in a larger area. I don't think the receptionist's response is bad either.

  I think Dr. Chiba is a good doctor, but the reception staff spoke too quickly and seemed to be a part of the Ibaraki culture, which made me feel bad. It would be better if you spoke a little more slowly and politely. It gives a bad impression of Chiba Dental.

  I have a constitution that doesn't take well to anesthesia, so no matter which dentist I go to, I always feel pain and have developed a fear of dentists. I was so scared that I couldn't go until my tooth got really bad. This time, I had a toothache and was desperate to see a doctor for the first time. He took his time administering the anesthesia and carefully proceeded with the treatment. I was moved to tears by the painless cavities treatment I received for the first time in my life! ! Although I am still undergoing treatment, I am happy to have found Chiba Dental Clinic. I feel like I can overcome my fear here. I wish you continued success in the future! ! thank you very much.

  A while back, I was having trouble choosing a dentist for my child who has a gag reflex, so I went to this dentist with good reviews, but it was the worst. I don't think it was just the clinic's fault, but even though I was in the middle of treatment, I was forcibly terminated and was unable to make an appointment. Now, I have found a kind and thorough dentist, and I have successfully completed treatment and only need check-ups once every six months.
