  Great location. 2 minute walk to Shibuya station, 5 minutes to Shibuya Crossing. Always friendly staff. Well-kept and well-stocked rooms. Stayed in a smoking room as a non-smoker but the room did not smell of cigarettes whatsoever.

  Modern, functional rooms with somewhat limited space. Comfortable bed with down quilt and two optional pillows, one memory foam and one down/buckwheat. Easy to use lighting and temperature control. Well equipped, spacious bathroom. Efficient elevators transport you to a great sky bar or to the ground floor dining. Western style or local breakfast options. Great staff!

  A good hotel in a good location, just a short distance from the buzz and the famous Shibuya intersection. Rooms are large, bright and comfortable with good view (the higher, the better). On the downside, the hotel is a little aging. Maybe because we stayed in another 5-star just before, but we couldn't not compare: TV only has Japanese channels, no USB plugs and no coffee in the room, just tea. Top panoramic bar and restaurant is for smokers so if you are sensitive to smell, don't go up there. Staff is moderately friendly.

  Fourth Time to Visit Cerulean Tokyu Tower Hotel and will never be the last. The Rooms are Spacious and friendly, everything is nearby from station to restaurants and All Requirements. For any urgent circumstances the Hotel is equipped with a clinic also that can serve you in case you were not feeling well. Thumbs up Cerulean

  Nice hotel, bit pricey but good.location near Shibuya station. Limousine bus stops here directly so a good place to stay. View from hotel top is amazing. Can see whole Tokyo. Staff is awesome.
