::Do not stay at this hotel unless youāve gotten a good deal for it. We paid $241 per night through booking.com for what was called a Modern Room. This room was far from modern. It was a dingy, dark, small, run down room with a stinky bathroom. It was a dump for the price. Booking only posts the what you like about the hotels reviews and doesnāt post the what you didnāt like reviews. Worst hotel Iāve stayed in, especially considering how much I paid

::Amazing hotel with big rooms which is a big problem in the city of Tokyo. Services are good. Location is perfect. It is only 500m from Shibuya crossing. Lots of shopping and food options nearby including good Indian restaurants. You should definitely chose this hotel. It is near to Shibuya metro station as well so it is very easy to commute. There are different options of rooms , choose big room instead of a small one.

::This was a wonderful place to stay in Tokyo. The staff is so nice and helpful, and the hotel offers to temporarily store luggage so you don't have to lug it around all day before your flight. The staff also speaks English for customers who don't have a good grasp of the Japanese language. The rooms are clean, and the location is extremely convenient. A short walk away from several restaurants, and easy access to Shibuya Station from which you can head anywhere in Tokyo on the trains. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

::One star for location but zero stars for everything else. I get small rooms but this was hardly bigger than a capsule. Extremely uncomfortable here due to strong mold smell on the room, crusty shower head,.stains on the floors and sheets and really old .. everything. For what is described as modern I feel mislead. Also what modern hotels uses mini toiletries anymore especially for the star rating of this hotel.

::DO NOT GO HERE This hotel is extremely run down and old and in need of renovation. The only reason I have given them 1 star is because the staff were hospital and nice. We felt that the pictures on their website is very deceitful, the hotel looks like it is falling apart in person. We accidentally booked a smoking room (which is our fault), but the room stunk like a stench that you can't really describe, mixed in smoke. The room was not clean at all (the picture of the stained couch), its like they didn't even try to spray an air freshener to get rid of the smell. We asked to change rooms but there was only one available still on the smoking floor. This room smelt much better but still not clean. There were visible marks on the wall with build up of dirt, shoe marks in the shower. The walls are very thin as well, we heard other people saying how bad it smelt in the hallway. And we also went up to the 12 or 13 floor and it still smelt terrible, so even if you are on a non-smoking floor you still can't escape. Also the light switches were horrendously not clean. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Japan and I wish we could take it back.
