::I stopped by on my drive and had a horse sashimi set meal for lunch. The very large store was divided into several rooms, with several tables set up in each room. The store staff are all smart in their customer service. I thought the set meal had a good balance of price and content, making it a good place to stop by while driving. I think there was also a single horse sashimi menu so you could add something else if the set meal wasn't enough for you 😊 Is the atmosphere of the hot spring town retro? Or rather, nostalgic? In fact, it was a restaurant I wanted to stop by for a drink when I was staying at the hot springs for the night 🍀 Thank you for the meal.

::I had some business to do in the neighborhood, but I didn't have any plans to visit Yachiyoza, so I chose this place to enjoy the atmosphere. The Umaju comes with miso soup, so I also ordered the stew with offal. It's the perfect amount to share. You can freely put any sauce on the top, but it would have been nice if it had a little more flavor. If I have a chance, I might bring someone from outside the prefecture who has already visited Yachiyoza.

::I saw it on TV and it bothered me. Parking lot is unknown. is. The system didn't allow reservations, so before the order stop at 2:00 p.m. I arrived at the store just after 1pm. immediately I was shown to a table in the tatami room. There also seems to be a table in another room that can be hung with chairs. This time I received the special Umaju with yam. The horse sashimi-style meat is sliced thinly and is easy to eat. Beneath it are seasoned bean sprouts. It tastes like it's covered in rice soup, but it's served with warm soy sauce. If you tell them that you don't know how to eat the food, the staff will do it for you, but some people may want to do it themselves. Personally, I thought it would have been better if the meat had a bit more texture like red beef bowl. Thank you for the meal.
