::I had a tooth decay that was so bad that I couldn't sleep, so I went to see a doctor. When I explained the situation over the phone, they were probably fully booked, but they kindly accepted me. It didn't hurt to have my decayed wisdom tooth removed, and the pain was gone from the day of the treatment, and I was able to sleep for the first time in a while. When I tried to explain my situation over the phone to make a reservation at a nearby hospital, I was in despair and was refused, but Coco was my savior. I'm really thankful to you.

::Minus 10,000 stars. I've never met such an unscrupulous doctor in my life. I don't feel any sense of responsibility and it's just stories that are convenient for me. I came here after looking at the website, looking for reliable skills and a sincere attitude as a doctor, but my impression was completely different. It was very disappointing. It was just a treatment for a cavity, but in the end I was in so much physical and mental pain that I had to go for a second opinion. I no longer trust doctors! Definitely not recommended!!

::I can only make reservations at night, so I come back every time I feel sorry for myself. Most of the people who have written comments have only said that the receptionist's response is poor, but I don't think so. Or rather, a small hygienist with long hair and bright colors? I can clearly hear my aunt's private speech. I was waiting for the teacher to come, and when I turned around to look at her, I thought the lady was saying things like, ``There's still so many people here, I'm tired,'' but she didn't have any music playing over the wire, so... It's all a bit of a bummer, but I'm seeing patients at a clinic that provides medical care at night, so if you're that tired, wouldn't it be better for you to leave here so you can go home sooner? Also, do all of you who are writing really have a good attitude when going to the doctor? As far as I've seen, are people doing things that are common sense for people, such as not taking body temperature, leaving money at the checkout without saying anything, and apologizing when they're late for a reservation? Even though you can't even do that, you can always say bad things about people. Also, the doctor's treatment methods are sloppy. I'm here to get my teeth fixed, but when I open my mouth, they keep making small talk, and when I'm about to leave, they stop me again with small talk. If you have that kind of free time, I would like you to take steps to complete the treatment as quickly as possible, even if it's just a day or 10 minutes. We, the patients, are here to heal, not to listen. I have a night doctor's appointment, so I want to go home early. The waiting time is long and you can hear people laughing and chatting with other patients. Also, I heard him telling other patients, ``We'll soon be able to stop wearing masks,'' but at least that's not what a medical worker would say. What is wrong with medical workers who do not understand that there are minimum rules for removing masks? Everyone has written that the only problem is the reception, but is that really the only problem? I don't think so.

::I went there several times. Even when I go there, it only takes about 30 minutes, and I have to go back again and again. The fees are also high, so you might think they just want to take your money. The doctor is always in a hurry and the treatment is far from thorough. I didn't want the pain to be painful, so I had them put me under anesthesia, but they shaved my tooth off without even trying to see if the anesthesia was working. It seemed like it was before the anesthesia was applied and I felt some pain, so I immediately told them that it hurt, but they continued the treatment without me asking (I think they forced the patient to break through because it was over right away), and the anesthesia fee remained the same. When I got home and the anesthesia had taken effect, I was filled with disbelief. As mentioned in other reviews, the receptionist's response is also poor. Reservation confirmation from above. I feel like I shouldn't mess around with things. I won't go again.

::The doctor is very nice and skilled, and the dental hygienists are generally very nice as well. However, the receptionists are unpleasant, their attitude changes depending on the patient, and they show reluctance when making reservations (everyone has a schedule. The only people who have free time that you think are retired from work or full-time housewives) ), their attitude towards children is extremely rude and cold... I trust this clinic very much, but the interaction with the receptionist is really painful, so I'm thinking of changing dentists.
