In conclusion, I'm glad I chose this place. The way the food is served is very stylish. I was confused about the 5,800 yen course. It said there were 4 items, so I was worried if there would be enough. I chose a course of 5 dishes for 7,800 yen. The volume was amazing...if you include amuse, there were over 5 items. ・Crab and Domyoji flour croquettes ・Cacao and nut bread ・Salsiccia This was so delicious! ・Cold dishes like chawanmushi It contained zucchini and saffron. Light taste ・A plate with bonito on it Grill the bonito with straw before cutting it? He came to show me what he was doing. It's also pleasing to the eye. The paprika sauce was really delicious. The matcha tuile is a nice bittersweet accent. ・Firefly squid rice in clay pot This impressed me the most. The rice is delicious though If you like, soak herbs in dashi stock and eat like ochazuke. This soup was incredibly delicious. ・Custard gelato It was bittersweet and very delicious. ・After-meal drink HC The inside of the store is also very stylish. ::It was by far the best store I've ever been to! My sisters and I went there to celebrate even though it was before my birthday, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the food both visually and tastefully. I didn't tell them in advance that it was my birthday, but since we were bringing a bouquet of flowers, I thought it was some sort of celebration. He went out of his way to ask me and prepared a dessert plate for me. thank you very much. Even though I ate late and it was past closing time, I was treated with courtesy and without a single unpleasant look, making me feel very comfortable. All the dishes were too delicious. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely use them again! !

::Unbelievably good on so many levels! Have been to many restaurants all over the world but have never tried anything like this before. The taste, the ingredients, the quality, the creativity, the display, the table setting, the chef & madam..You can tell they truly have love for what they are doing. I am trying to somehow put this into words but it's impossible, wherever you are from, if you are in this area you simply have to try this place if you are into superb food..100 stars!!!
