::The store is located in a residential area, about 20 minutes by taxi from Aomori Station! ! When I called to make a reservation, the chef was available. I was asked, "Are you from outside the prefecture?" and I answered, "I'm from Osaka." ``If that's the case, I'll prepare plenty of Aomori ingredients!!'' When you get off the taxi, there is a cute shop in front of you. When I entered, I was greeted by a kind madam. The interior of the store, decorated with large flowers, is warm and lovely. o○ I had the dinner course for 11,000 yen. The drinks are ・Apple sparkling (non-alcoholic) ・I asked for grape juice. ■ Parmesan cheese on top of horse meat It seems to be horse meat from Kaneki in Goshogawara! Beautiful flowers on top of fluffy Parmesan cheese ■ Shimokita sea urchin Onion chips on top of onion spuma, There are plenty of sea urchins inside! ! I'm so happy to have the luxury of sea urchin. o○ ■ Flathead flounder When I saw it in front of me, I was captivated by its beauty. . . As the name of the shop suggests, it is a ``bouquet'' It is studded with celery flowers and astatiums. ■ Turban shells of Kuroku Island Kyurokushima is an uninhabited island to the west of Aomori Prefecture. It is a large turban shell that can only be caught at this time of year. This is my first time seeing a turban shell this big! There's plenty of sauce inside, so be sure to dip it on bread! That's it ■ Scallops Steamed scallops inside zucchini flowers. pea sauce ■ Abalone risotto A large abalone is luxuriously sautéed, and risotto is underneath. Abalone liver sauce The top is studded with nasturtiums. ■ Grilled sweet sea bream with scales Crispy grilled scales are my favorite way to eat them★ I was surprised at how delicious the crisp spinach was. Encrusted with nasturtiums. ■ Beef fillet Garnish with a whole asparagus, small carrots, snap peas, and small turnips. The well-cooked beef fillet is the best☆ ■ Strawberry Katanara Porridge flowers and mascarpone Madam carefully explained each dish! On the way back, I talked to the chef and he also told me about some recommended restaurants in Aomori. I haven't had a chance to go to Aomori very often, but if I have another chance, I would definitely like to visit again.

::I stopped by for lunch. I ordered the 8,800 yen course menu. As the name suggests, most of the menu items were decorated with flowers. The classic French course is well seasoned and beautifully presented. Customer service was also comfortable with a reasonable distance. The atmosphere inside the store is calm and relaxing, making you want to take your time. Although it is located in a residential area, there is a parking lot. It's definitely something you can't find in Tokyo, and it's great value for money, so it's the perfect place for a slightly luxurious lunch.
