::[Akita City/Bon Cafe] Dera Uma Pescatore 1,000 yen +Salad set 180 yen Creme brulee 360 yen 2023.12.1 This day I went on a business trip to Akita City. Akita Marutokumen BOOK benefits It's usable, and it's only open on weekdays. First visit to Bon Cafe. It was featured most prominently on the menu. I had the pescatore. Fresh pasta fettuccine, It had a chewy texture! After all, all kinds of noodles (Ramen, udon, soba, pasta etc.) I like thick noodles (^^) The fork was forked. If it's fettuccine, this is better Is it easy to connect...? The creme brûlée I received as a bonus Rich and smooth taste. Delicious♪

::The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the food is delicious, the location is great, and I think the prices are reasonable! Being able to eat pasta even after noon is helpful.

::I was surprised at how fashionable it was! It may cost a little more, but you can relax while looking at the river and flowers and enjoying the stylish pictures (இдஇ`｡) And the pasta ( ﾟдﾟ) is so good! I ordered a cold Genovese, and was surprised by the combination of pickles, Shine Muscat, and peaches! Put fruit on pasta! ? I thought so, but the sweetness stood out (๑>

::I understand that the basic rule of pasta is al dente, but I would have liked it to be boiled a little more (about 1 minute more) for my taste. I went with my mother, who doesn't have very good stomach or teeth health, so I thought it would have been better to ask for a softer dish. Since this is a facility where people with disabilities work, I wonder if such a custom order will go through... The saltiness is also a little too strong, and when you take a bite, you feel salty. However, the interior and atmosphere were not bad, and there were some good points such as being able to use PayPay, so I decided to choose two places instead of one. I would like to go again if I have the chance.
