I ordered white tonkotsu ramen with wood ear mushroom topping, and the time from ordering to delivery was fast, and the customer turnover was quick. After taking a sip of the soup, I was fascinated by the tonkotsu soup, which had no smell at all! It goes great with pickled ginger, and I even ate Kaedama for the first time in Balikata! ! I'm really happy! The atmosphere is such that even one person can feel free to come in. I want to go eat there again soon. I want to try the black ramen next time! I found a wonderful shop.

::I got the red one! It's really delicious when you sprinkle it with garlic and pickled ginger on the table, mix it up from the bottom, and eat it! It's been a long time since I came to a ramen shop. The inside of the restaurant has a warm and calming feel of wood, the menu is easy to read, and the price is about the same as at a modern ramen restaurant even if you eat three extra noodles. What makes me most happy is the spicy bean sprouts, pickled ginger, garlic, ground sesame seeds, tissues, and pitcher on the table. I have everything. Compact. too amazing. Everything you want is on the table. I didn't have any hesitation as ordering replacements went smoothly. I thought it was great that the staff worked in such a friendly and friendly manner. I will go again.

::I ate black tonkotsu. I ordered thick noodles because I could only get them for the first time. First, take a bite of the soup. You can feel the soup clinging to your lips; this is exactly what pork bones taste like. The noodles aren't that thick, but when you eat them with pork bones, it feels like Iekei ramen, and it's a very satisfying noodle, and although I was determined to order extra noodles about 5 times, I ended up eating it only 2 times. Thank you for the meal. In the first place, there was a large amount of substitute balls themselves. The crispy thin noodles were also very delicious. Unusual for a ramen shop, in addition to PayPay and dPay, credit cards were also accepted. I appreciate that there are many payment methods. This point alone is highly rated!
