  I don't have an account, but I've used it several times to pay utility bills and other payments. The staff I interact with directly has a fair level of customer service, but it's interesting to hear the voices of those around me when I leave after paying. One male employee said, ``That's a shame,'' and one female employee said, ``That's a shame.'' LOL What word is that? Well, I guess it's a second- or third-rate bank... I definitely don't want to make a deposit.
