  The telephone and counter staff were friendly, but for some reason Iwagin's passbooks and cards tend to have magnetic defects, so I ended up having to visit the counter multiple times in a short period of time. When my new card arrived at the ATM and I opened the envelope to use it, I was surprised to find that the magnetic field was defective. I don't know the reason why. I am grateful that this store is located in a convenient location.

  Parking is possible in the building's underground parking lot. Enter the one-way street between Iwate Bank and PRONTO, and the underground entrance is immediately on your right. Parking is free for cars up to 2.3 meters in height and with a parking confirmation stamp from the store.
