The clerk rushed me while I was making my selection. Also, although I was given a menu, there were many items that were not listed, so I ended up not being able to order what I wanted. I know you're busy, but I wish you had at least some time to choose.

When I used the service to order online (pick up at the store), I received a phone call saying that they could not fulfill the order because they did not have the eligible item. When I asked why out-of-stock items were displayed on the order screen, I was told that the settings were not reflected due to a system glitch. However, when I checked immediately, the item in question had been deleted. I think it's extremely likely that the cause is sloppy management rather than a system glitch (the products in question have been out of stock at nearby stores for several days, but this store is the only one that has them in stock. Ta) . I contacted the headquarters, but I was very disappointed to receive the same response. I think this is a company that does not have a store audit/instruction system in place.

I always send my kids shopping, but they always complain about the customer service, so I went shopping for the first time. I was able to confirm that the store was very unfriendly and served customers in a troublesome manner. Every time, my kids said that they didn't like the customer service, so I think I'll stop buying from them next time. Ice cream is delicious, but it's a waste.

Laport Shin-Misato is a shopping center adjacent to the west exit of JR Shin-Misato Station. Thirty One Ice Cream LaLaport Shin-Misato store, located on the second floor, is the world's largest ice cream chain store that was born in America. The secret to the deliciousness is the flavor, which makes full use of high-quality ingredients searched from all over the world. With a lineup of 31 types out of over 1000 types, you can enjoy a different ice cream every day. When I visited around 7pm on a weekday, there was only one customer in front of me. *Short 290 yen french vanilla. The flavor election promise has finally come true! A magnificent reprint of deep vanilla made with egg yolk! There are times when I want to eat this much. Affordable especially in winter.

It is a small shop and it doesn't have tables for you to seat down.
