  Weekend lunchtime visit. It was my first visit to the store. Order first at the register and pay in advance. You can choose the level of spiciness. I selected "Normal". The overall review was that it was a ``shaba-shaba curry that costs 1,000 yen to 1,500 yen and is almost the same as the curry you eat at home.'' When making curry at home, we often use a certain curry roux that is available at supermarkets, and the taste is very similar. From the first bite, I was like, ``Huh? It tastes like something I've eaten before...'' and my excitement level diminished. Rather than a soup curry, it felt like a ``curry with a lot of water'' that contained more water than the quantity. I could feel the spiciness of the spices in the aftertaste, but the original taste of the curry felt weak. The curry itself is very simple. It doesn't seem to have the complex spice flavor or depth that is typical of curry shops. There were many types of vegetables. When I think of soup curry, I imagine grilled vegetables that are browned, but frozen vegetables? Microwave heating? Warm vegetables? That's what it feels like. Potatoes and daikon radish should have firm edges. The cooking didn't seem to be very ingenious. The number of customers was good, and the reviews here were also positive, so it may not have been my favorite, but it didn't exceed my expectations. In hindsight, the speed at which the food was served was so fast that I found myself thinking about how to prepare it.

  summer! I looked around to see if there was any delicious curry, and this curry had a lot of vegetables and seemed to be good value for money, so I decided to give it a try. I didn't understand it because it was my first time, but when I entered the entrance, I was there to order and pay in advance. It couldn't be helped because the clerk was managing the whole thing by himself. What's inside the store? There were a lot of old radio cassette players on display, perhaps the owner's hobby, and it was a bit nostalgic. And for the curry, I ordered a soup curry with plenty of vegetables. The vegetables were topped with broccoli, burdock, edamame, carrots, radish, okra, shimeji mushrooms, potatoes, cabbage, pumpkin, tomatoes, and a boiled egg. I chose medium-spicy curry, but since I'm not a big fan of spicy food, it was plenty spicy. But this curry is a little spicy ❗️ Delicious 😋 Good balance 👍 The price is also reasonable at 1,050 yen 😊 If I have a chance to go to Kawaguchi again, I would love to visit again.

  Chicken and vegetable soup curry 5 spicy (no vegetables) The inside of the store is like a cafe and has a relaxing atmosphere. The soup curry is 5 spiciness, which is about 3 spiciness at CoCo Ichi. I'm not sure because I made it spicy, but the default taste is sweet and mild. Rather than a spicy soup curry, it was more like a mild flavor with added spiciness. This is really delicious, but it's more like a delicious soup curry at a cafe than an authentic soup curry. The rice was mixed grain rice and was delicious. Payment can be made in advance and cashless, and there is no parking lot and the coin parking is a little far away, so it may be a little inconvenient to go by car.

  Small little restaurant that serves Authentic "Soup Curry" which is a famous Curry dish from Hokkaido. There is limited seating (5 tables that seat two). I tried the Vegetable Curry which was delicious with various types of vegetables such as, potatos, broccoli, bell peppers, okra, bardok. You can choose how spicy they make it (I love spicy and 4 spice was good and spicy). They also have various kinds of Lassi. The interior is nice with a cafe style atmosphere. They offer take-out. Overall the taste is good. I gave it a 4 star just because I felt the portion size was a little on the small size. I will definately go again and maybe ask if there is a larger portion.
