KyuHwa PARK
::I stayed 2 nights in November 2022 with my mom. First time in Ureshino and everything was great. Close from the bus station. Good to walk. The room and all meals were perfect. It was everything I like: small, quiet, so attentive and caring. We stayed during weekdays but there were lots of guests. Had no problem communicating in English. I really appreciate that. I marked on the map and will definitely go back when I visit Ureshino again.

::Couldn't enter the family bath because it has been reserved. The staff said on the phone that it is impossible to reserve. I came a long way to enter but I couldn't. I think it would be better to educate the new staff better or give proper information on the phone.

::Views of the mountains from either side are wonderful. The garden is also a nice quiet stroll with little treasures tucked here and there. The Japanese style rooms are lovely with futon beds. Do not worry, you can stack more futons if one is not enough, or book a Western style room, with regular beds. Service was excellent. Dinner was also fantastic.

::It’s an excellent hot spring hotel in Ureshino. All the staffs are so friendly and traditional Japanese polite. The receptionist (man) is very helpful and tender to serve the customers. The waitress is so cheerful and enjoy the serving for both dinner and breakfast. She brings the happiness to everyone. Both private hot spring and public bath are very good. The Hinoki bath tub is quite impressed. I would recommend to go again if you come to Kyushu.

::The guests, who stay in the rooms with hot spring bath tub, can only take shower in the balcony. It is unbearable for me in the cold winter. It would be wonderful if I come here in the other seasons. The little faucet in the indoor toilet only has cold water, so I need to wash my hands in the balcony and it is inconvenient. The room rate includes dinner and breakfast. The food is of high quality. There are lots of snacks and cute items in reasonable prices in the souvenir shop. Every guest will receive a ¥500 voucher to spend here on the first day.
