  When my father passed away, I tried to transfer money for his funeral at an ATM, but an error occurred. When I asked the person in charge at the lobby, she kindly explained to me that my bank card's daily limit was 500,000 yen, so I could withdraw money using my passbook and notification stamp. I was also told that I could transfer money at the post office, which doesn't charge a fee.
