  I couldn't create a new account on the same day. I was informed that reservations were required. Other branches may not be able to do it on the same day. I don't understand why you need a reservation to open an account while other operations are open as usual. I thought advance reservations were made to reduce waiting time due to coronavirus regulations, but will reservations still be necessary even after restrictions are eased?I think some people may need an account on the day even if there is a waiting time. .
