::Hello 🤠 I’ve come to Tokushima Prefecture!! ️ When you think of Tokushima Prefecture, you think of Tokushima Ramen. Well, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. of the shop that operates This is Hakusui Shokudo. Surprisingly, it opened 20 years ago in front of the station. It has been 40 years since we moved here. This is a Tokushima ramen shop. Furthermore, a 90-year-old grandfather runs this shop. I work in the kitchen alone and can't hear well. My daughter sometimes comes from Kansai to help on weekends. There's also an old lady, but she's old and has bad legs, so her job is to sit in a shop. When I came to the store first thing in the morning, I was the only one there. Grandpa talked to me about various things. I'm hard of hearing, so sometimes I don't understand what you're saying. My daughter is translating for me💦 He's a really energetic grandpa though. I'm already 90 years old, so it's about time. Unfortunately there is no heir I'm leaving the shop I don't know when I'll be able to eat delicious Tokushima ramen again. It was a valuable shop that was open from the morning. ::This restaurant is open from 5:30 a.m. until noon. I had some work to do near here, so I stopped by to have breakfast without thinking anything of it. There seemed to be space for about 3 cars to park next to the store, so I parked there and entered the store. Looking at the menu in the store, it seems like ramen is the main dish, but since I was thinking of having ramen in the morning, I ordered white rice and pork soup. The pork soup that was delivered in about 10 minutes was too small for 300 yen and not worth the price. The pork soup was a little salty. There was a plate of grilled meat and a plate of grilled fish lined up in a glass case, but I didn't feel like picking one up. The old man at the restaurant smoked before and after cooking, regardless of whether there were any customers. Payment was of course only in cash. For better or worse, it was a store from the Showa era.

::I went to a restaurant open from 5:30 to get some ramen in the morning. It appears to be run by an elderly couple. I immediately ordered ramen noodles. After a short wait, the bowl arrives, and it looks like Tokushima ramen with brown pork belly and bean sprouts. Are the medium-thin noodles I requested at Katame the commercially available raw noodles? The soup is light and has a certain flavor. It wasn't sweet and had a bad taste.

::This is my third cup of Tokushima ramen in one day. I found a shop that was open from morning, I had Tokushima ramen for breakfast at 9am. The place I visited was Hakusui Shokudo. The parking lot is small, but can accommodate 4 cars. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a Showa era diner. It seems to be run by an older couple. [Ramen average] Unfortunately, raw eggs are not free. Still, the average ramen here is only 500 yen. The soup is a light type with a modest amount of flavor. The moment you drink it, the flavor of the pork spreads out. There is no richness and the overall taste is sweet. This soup is perfect for breakfast as it is easy to taste the flavor of the dashi. The thin straight noodles are quite soft. The pork belly is thickly sliced and slightly tough. It has a completely different taste from the previous two cups. After all, it's different for each store. Tokushima ramen tour is interesting. Thank you for the meal.

::The noodles are soft, are they overcooked or not? . Char siu is meat that has a slightly more meaty smell than char siu. The soup stock is brown and looks thick, but it's very light. I like noodles with a chewy texture... The soup stock was light and delicious, so I wanted to drink it. The atmosphere of the store is like an old-fashioned coffee shop.
