::It was delicious! As I continued to eat it, I had a strange sensation of the taste gradually increasing. I don't know much about ramen, but the soup was delicious right down to the very end, as if it was a mix of various delicious aspects of the ramen I usually eat, in just the right amount. Kohaku Chaashu Wonton Noodles, both the noodles and the wonton were just right and delicious. Although the seats were almost full, the staff was diligent about making sure everyone was cold, and the restaurant had a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The rich milk ice cream was also a nice touch. It was delicious. They also have unusual types of ramen, so I'd definitely go back to try them again.

::I visited during the Obon holiday! I went around 4pm and it was almost full so I had to wait a while. There was an air conditioner, but it wasn't working properly and it was quite hot in the store. It would have been 5 stars if the air conditioner had worked. For the ramen, I got the Kohaku ramen. The noodles were curly, which is typical of Shirakawa ramen, and the soup was light and flavored with bonito stock. Most people have the impression that soups that are mainly based on dashi stock are bland, but it was delicious without being that way. It might be too salty for some people, but it was just right for me. The ramen was easy to eat as there was no fat in either the chashu pork or the soup. On the other hand, people who like rich foods may not be satisfied with it. Homemade ice cream was served to women and children. The ice cream with a strong egg flavor was delicious!

::One of the best Shirakawa Ramen I had, Taste is totally different, Taste of Oil + ingredients were super tasty, I didn't left anything in dish plate. Price is economical too, enough parking space, Do come & visit if you are nearby.
