::Delicious soba with a rich flavor made from shiitake mushroom soup. I've eaten soba here and there, and it depends on personal preference, but I've never encountered warmer, more delicious soba than here. The Yamakake soba is exquisite, and this is the only soba restaurant I go to if I'm looking for the flavor rather than the texture of the noodles. About 30 years ago, the soba noodles and yams were ground rough and had a rough texture, but they still had a flavor and were delicious. Previously, tempura was served as much as you wanted, but now it seems like it's topped with toppings from the beginning (perhaps as a countermeasure against the coronavirus?) I only go there once every few years, and the taste varies depending on the season of the ingredients, but I drink up the soup every time I stop by. We also do mail order via fax, so I usually order by fax from a convenience store.

::Exquisite dashi! Anyway, the soup is delicious. It has a deep flavor with no odor and contains shiitake mushrooms. Soba has a nice texture and brings out the flavor of the soup.
