  When I contacted this branch to inquire about a bank withdrawal, I was surprised to find that the local government had given me my mobile phone number and that they had called me directly. I don't think it's possible to provide a mobile number to a third party without the person's consent in terms of personal information protection, but from the way I was treated, I feel like they'll do the same thing again, so I'm not sure if I should use it. Please be careful.
