  Izumoan Nothing really special about the hotel. This is fine for one night. Cleanliness is ok, a bit on the low side for japanese standards. I would give this place a solid 6 out of 10. However it is very close to one of the best restaurants I've eaten in Japan. Google izumoan if you need a place to eat. Go early since there can be a line. Order the onion soup with udon noodle. You won't regret it. About 12 min walk from the hotel.

  If you like sports, might be exciting in this hotel. Looks like more training camp, but now they running as hotel for sure. Room is huge for cost, but cheap. Hotel is good, but all the restaurants are little far from there, about 10minutes walk.

  Hotel staff were lovely and kind! Some English available. Breakfast had a mix of Japanese and western foods. Room was small but good value. Exactly what you would expect. There were displays of some sports jerseys on the first floor. If you have a car ,worth the stop. If you are coming to this location by bus, it can be very inconvenient.

  Budget stay in a pretty convenient area for travelers by car (compared with other hotel locations in this island), at least walkable to a convenient store and a pharmacy and a little drive to some local nice restaurants. Just not recommended for a family trip if you need to bathe your kids, they’re not built for it.
