  We have booked the room via Agoda but the staff has arranged a lodge to us which need to be drive another 3mins uphill from this hotel. I’m not sure it should be a Agoda problem (didn’t mentioned it in the website) but the location of lodge is not a problem if you drive. Also, there are no towel and amenities inside your room. The staff explained that it was not included in the package. I think the hotel need to list out more details in the Agoda website to let people know, otherwise people will assume the room is located in the hotel main building and come with all the amenities. The view is stunning as you can see the Mt. Iwaki at the back of the lodge, and there is a Sakura park just in front of the balcony. You can enjoy the cherry blossom just in your balcony. The most important is you still can enjoy the onsen inside the hotel, but need to be paid extra 300yen each.

  Very good place, staff are warm and friendly. Chargrill dinner is excellent. Both wooden indoor and outdoor Onsen are wonderful.
