JAPAN EnvironMentally FRIENDLY.
::2023.04 Revisit It seems that it has been closed since April 2023. Since it also houses Japan's only full-fledged cannabis museum, I hope it will reopen somehow. The only hemp museum in Japan. There is a soba restaurant on the first floor, and the soba noodles here are delicious. When you tell the staff that you would like to take a tour, the lights on the second floor are turned on with a click. The style is that you can take a look at it at your own discretion. The exhibition features mannequins and panels that give you a good idea of how hemp was once grown as an agricultural crop. This area has a history of being a hemp cultivation area called Mima Village.

::Soba was normal but the Oyaki was really great , nice seats inside. Price is acceptable.
ムトウカズタカ
::I stopped by on my way back from Sasagamine Campsite. There is a famous store nearby that is listed on Mapple, but for better or worse, it is closed on Tuesdays. This is quite delicious soba noodles. The oyaki was so delicious! Unfortunately, the vegetable tempura was not freshly fried, so it was a little cold. I guess they'll fry it all together? The customer next to me who was eating vegetable tempura was lucky, and was told that it would take a while to be fried.

::It's a place with a great view. At this time, the snow covered mountains were beautiful and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. There are several soba restaurants in this area, and it's hard to decide which one is the best. I went in there before and I remember that the taste was pretty good. This time I decided to go somewhere else and decided here. I asked the four people waiting at lunch time. “Is this restaurant the best?” Well, since you came to this restaurant and waited, you must have come because this is the restaurant with the best food. That was a stupid question. The store was run by three older women. When I looked around the store, there were empty tables, but it seemed like they hadn't finished cleaning up. I was soon shown to a table in the back and was served soba tea and nozawana. My wife and I ordered zaru soba, wild vegetable tempura, and vegetable tempura. It was ready in about 15 minutes. It seems that the cod buds that you are looking for as wild vegetables have not appeared yet. One plate of tempura costs 500 yen, and the portion is very satisfying. The soba noodles are also satisfying. Overall, it was a store that I was satisfied with. This restaurant seems to be famous for its oyaki, and everyone was ordering it, so I got some too. The skin was a little hard, but the dried radish inside was very delicious. Many people took home food and it was sold out afterwards.

::The soba was delicious. Oyaki is also delicious (the only flavor is dried radish). I've visited three times in the past. The two times were on Saturday and Sunday, and there were almost only tourists. The other day, I visited him during the afternoon on a weekday. Local people and people who are used for entertainment locally. You are here. The weather was good and the Northern Alps looked beautiful. (Sorry I don't have a photo of the important soba) I ordered a large portion, but the large portion and the regular portion are not very large. I feel like nothing has changed.
