  My family felt very comfortable after many days staying at this hotel during a business trip in Tokyo. + Location: very convenient, easy to catch a taxi, near many subway stations. + Room: although a bit old but clean and spacious. The room lights are bright enough (at another hotel in the Hanzomon area, the room lights and in the reception lobby were too dark, so this made our eyes tired; the hair dryer was weak). We really like the quiet of this room so we can study Go 囲碁, work and relax. The bathroom is clean, the water is strong, the hot and cold temperature is stable. The wardrobe can hold 3 medium-sized suitcases. Powerful hair dryer with 2 hot and cold functions. + Food: We really liked all 3 restaurants - Fosse Restaurant レストラン フォッセ ; Cerisaie Restaurant ラウンジ スリーゼ ; Sui Restaurant 中国料理　翠; on the 2nd floor of the hotel. All are reasonably priced, and the food and drinks are delicious. We tried the bento 600 yen lunch box and liked it too. Thank you to the staff at the bento lunch box counter (2nd floor) for enthusiastically introducing each type of lunch box to me so I can easily choose. + Reception and staff: The lobby has nice lighting and airy, we like the comfortable feeling of sitting in the lobby. The reception staff were all very polite, enthusiastic in communicating in English and helping my family a lot. The housekeeping staff is very agile and careful when cleaning the room. The staff at the cashier counter were friendly and completed the transaction quickly. We are very grateful for your enthusiastic and thoughtful service during our stay here. どうも ありがとう ございました.   Very convenient location. Not much choice for hotel at Ichigaya but it is nice to have this hotel.

  All i can say is WOW! Im so overwhelm by ambiance, the staff is accommodating and the food is very delicious. The place is perfect for every season especially cherry blossom.

  A great clean hotel with helpful staff and affordable price. Awesome location with easy access from Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Kasumigaseki.
