  I don’t usually write hotel reviews but I think I need to this time. The service was attentive and I appreciated the free gift that came when you answered the survey. However, my room (1112) smelled like drain upon entering and the smell didn’t go away during the whole stay. I thought it was just me but when a family member entered, they also mentioned the room smelled bad. Since we weren’t staying long, I didn’t think it worth it to complain about it, but it was unpleasant. Additionally, the AC in the room wasn’t working and it was really hot the whole night, so I didn’t get proper sleep. I’ve been to other Ana Crowne locations and didn’t have issues though.

  I stayed at the hotel for one night. Room is big enough to open fully my luggage. Lots of amenities are provided inside the room, including lotion, cream, shaver, bath cap, bath salt, hot eye mask, etc. Even though the room is a bit dated, it still offers usb socket and the bathroom looks new with bathtub. The air conditioner and purifer are both quiet. I had a good rest in the room. As for the breakfast, the standard price is 2800 yen. In my opinions it does not worth the price. Not many food items are offered, and coffee tastes no good. The only good point is the view of the hill nearby. Location is just next to the train station and mall, but the mall is not attractive at all and not much items inside. Staff service is professional and efficient. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

  The facilities are a little old hotel, but well maintained. Cleanliness and service are fine. Location is convenient for sightseeing. Food court and souvenir shop in the department store next door are convenient.

  Everything about the hotel was great; location, comfort and service. Except for the TOEN Chinese restaurant, the staff shut us up in a room without a way to call for service (all we wanted was beer and food), we had to open the doors and flag staff down. I don’t think they would have checked on us until last call if I didn’t request a push button call signal. The Japanese restaurant across the hall was more welcoming, as they pride themselves in service.

  Fantastic hotel for the price. I got a room in the annex building and it is a regular business hotel, however the staff are very friendly and professional. Although you can tell the room is a bit old, it is very clean and well maintained. The amenities within the room are very thoughtful and fully loaded. You have everything you'd need in the washroom, then a security deposit box, a kettle, tea bags, coffee, a TV, fabric softener, slippers, a small fridge, and even an eye mask that heats up by itself! The sleep was great and it is very quiet, you cannot hear your neighbours. I would stay here again.
