::I went to orthodontics a few years ago. The teacher was very kind and conscientious, so I decided to come here. At that time, every time I went for treatment, a young woman would perform the orthodontic treatment. There were times when the wires were replaced by a woman, and it hurt when they touched me, and sometimes when the instrument hit my inside of my mouth, it hurt. Someone I knew halfway through the process started working there, but he wasn't a DH or a Dr, so it's scary to think about it now. When I went for a second opinion, I was told that I had a malocclusion, even though the sixth one had corrected it, and that the roots were also quite short. It's pretty scary when I think about it now.

The dental hygienist's procedures, such as removing tartar and brushing, are skillful and thorough. (There are quite a lot of hygienists who use too much pressure or pull their lips too much, which causes pain.) Choosing a dentist is very important, so I'm relieved that I made the right choice.

::The receptionist is too unfriendly. I had to wait an hour for an appointment at 3pm on December 1st, so I went home without seeing the doctor. While I was waiting, there was no one to speak to me or apologize, and I was just frustrated for an hour. After I got home, I called to complain and received a heartfelt apology from the teacher, but when I went to the receptionist, there was no apology, so I canceled my reservation again. I request immediate improvement.
