::I went there 13 times to get three small cavities fixed. I think that's too much information. If you have three good dentists, they will treat you in a well-balanced manner. What's more, at the end of my visit, I heard that I had some other cavities, but if he had taken a good look at me, I would have discovered it early, but I will never go to this dentist again.

::It was a very polite response. All the staff had a nice atmosphere and it was easy to ask questions. There was plenty of parking, the clinic was clean, and there was almost no waiting time. It's something I would like to recommend to others.

::The dental hygienist was very polite and kind. He explained things in an easy-to-understand way for the children, and it seemed like they were a little less nervous. However, the children in particular seemed tired because of the lengthy explanation. Honestly, as a parent, I was also tired. The teacher who was in charge this time had a low voice and seemed indifferent, didn't smile, and the children were scared. I had another teacher in charge of the class on a different day, but she was a very kind and smiling teacher. The woman at the reception desk threw my medical card back at me, which made me feel very bad. The person was answering the phone, and I noticed that he was speaking in a strong tone to the person on the other end of the phone. I'm a human being and I'm sure there are times when I get irritated, but there were a lot of children there, so I'd like them to stop showing it publicly. I gave it 3 stars because the dental hygienist was wonderful. (postscript) There are good and bad dental hygienists. Some people are cheerful and kind, while others have a low voice, perhaps because they're not used to it or because they get nervous when talking to people.
