::I can't give it even 1 star. Places I don't want to go to but have to go to the hospital If there is another, I would like to go there. Feels bad👎 Sometimes I don't understand because they don't explain it properly. change one's attitude depending on the person

::This hospital was created as a result of the privatization of the former Prefectural Children's Welfare and Medical Center. There are many children who have to be hospitalized for long periods of time, or who are on home oxygen therapy or home ventilator therapy. I think it is very important that they continue to do this even after privatization. The medical departments include pediatrics/internal medicine, child neurology, psychiatry (developmental disorder outpatient), surgery/pediatric surgery, pediatric orthopedics, and dentistry, and there is also an outpatient clinic staffed by rehabilitation specialists.

::The counter staff's response is very poor. I was told that I needed something to create a medical certificate, and if I didn't have it, it wouldn't be possible, so I prepared materials, but the doctor in charge told me that the materials I had prepared were not necessary. The nurse told me that they would receive the materials, but it is unclear whether they will use them or not. Overall, there is a lack of communication, and each person says what they want to say, confusing the patient.

::The doctor in charge and the way they deal with the situation are perfect, but I would like to see an improvement in the half-baked reservation reception hours. There are many people working between 14:30 and 16:30. I would like to ask you to respond. Because of this matter, it's ★-2. I think there are many people who have the same idea.

::The people at the counter were cold, and the doctors didn't look at me properly, telling me, ``If you don't take the medicine, there's nothing to do.'' I would like someone to clearly explain to me why I have to take medicine and if there are any other options. Have any bad reviews been deleted?
