  This is a valuable local complex. You can do most of your shopping here. The parking lot is large, but the area from in front of Maxvalu to Makotoya can sometimes get very crowded. Also, since there are many elderly people in the area, there are many dangerous situations such as vehicles running out of the frame, stopping in strange places, and not being able to fully back up. If you don't want to get hit, it's safe to park near the gas station.
