Additionally, ATMs are inspected one by one from 9:30 to 10 a.m., and one by one they become unusable, resulting in crowds of 10 to 20 people lining up at the end of the month and around pension payment days. The bank employees at the counters (2 locations) are polite, but I feel so sorry for them that I get annoyed by the way the top management treats them. I use each of the 114 branches in Kagawa for business purposes, but in recent years, this is the branch that feels the most inconvenient for users.
