  The 114th Bank is reducing the number of branches through branch consolidation, not just the Miki branch, and increasing the number of users. It is a development that does not ask about the convenience of (I can't help but "(-""-)"). All ATMs in Miki Town are no longer able to accept coins. You can only deposit coins at Friend Branch. Even under such circumstances, the number of ATMs at the Miki branch is only 3, and the number of ATMs has not yet been increased, although congestion is expected. Additionally, ATMs are inspected one by one from 9:30 to 10 a.m., and one by one they become unusable, resulting in crowds of 10 to 20 people lining up at the end of the month and around pension payment days. The bank employees at the counters (2 locations) are polite, but I feel so sorry for them that I get annoyed by the way the top management treats them. I use each of the 114 branches in Kagawa for business purposes, but in recent years, this is the branch that feels the most inconvenient for users.

  I left feeling dissatisfied, thinking that the person in charge of the counter could have been a little more responsive.
