  When I came to the store to change my name, there was a wait on the way, and when I looked at the movements of Employee A, I couldn't tell if he was waiting for his boss at the back, but I saw another employee holding the application form. Chat with Mr. B. I don't know if he noticed my gaze, but Mr. B came over and started talking about my workplace, which I had filled out on the application form. I wanted to move forward with the application sooner rather than later, since we had been talking about such digressions. I think there was a 20 minute wait in the end. It may take some time to make the changes, but I would like them to refrain from any unpleasant behavior such as seeing employees chatting with each other during that time, and I would like to see the process go more smoothly.
