  The person at the counter didn't have a smile, didn't have any energy, and spoke in a low voice, so I couldn't understand what they were saying unless I leaned over and listened. Among them, there was a young woman with glasses and a ponytail who seemed to be bored and was resting her hands or resting her chin even when there were other people at the counter. Her boss was astonished and asked, ``Is there someone like this at the bank?'' (lol) It's too bad that they don't give good guidance 😅 Isn't the counter the face of the company? ? I also go to Toho Bank, but there are no people like this ( ᷇࿀ ᷆ ) No explanation or knowledge of the flow! ! I will never go to this branch again 😌

  I handed over my driver's license when changing the address on my passbook, but the address change section on the back was torn off without permission. The woman in charge seemed aware that she had done something wrong, but she did not apologize. "Sorry" is not an apology. This is a local bank.
