  I went there because it said on their website that the counter was open on holidays, but there were too many things they couldn't do. Before taking the waiting ticket, I was asked what it was, and then I was asked again while I was waiting in the chair, and when it was my turn to go to the counter, I was told that I couldn't do it. Also, there was a man who was very hurried and spoke roughly. All the women were kind.

  Since I can't go on weekdays, I'm grateful that the bank counter is open on Saturdays and Sundays, but it seems like the number of services they handle has decreased compared to before, so I can't handle the services I used to be able to handle, so I ended up going without permission even though I went to the bank. . It's a decline in service. I would like to give it 0 stars, but I can't, so I'll give it 1. The advantage is that ATMs are open 24 hours a day. Is it possible to use it?

  Are the business hours listed on the website incorrect? I went on a weekday afternoon in March 2022. Perhaps as a precaution to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the shutters at the front entrance were taken down at 3pm, and only the ATM was open. If possible, I would like the correct information to be posted on the homepage. Could you please at least send me a notice? It was a shame because the response was polite and good.
