Cheaper means fewer services.The obstetrics department I went to didn't have a lactation outpatient clinic, and I didn't receive enough postpartum care, which I think led to postpartum depression. I realized that I should spend money on childbirth, so I changed my mind. I wish we had met sooner.

  After giving birth, I often had difficulty producing breast milk or had blockage, so massages helped me. It costs 5,000 yen for an hour, which is a little more expensive than other hospitals, but I was grateful that it didn't hurt and I was able to get a lot of child-rearing consultations during the massage. There were various classes held, and I learned a lot. If I ever have a baby next time, I would like to be able to take care of the birth here!
