I went to ask for money exchange during the busy year-end period, and the person at the counter carefully taught me how to fill out the application form, and the exchange was completed relatively quickly.   When I went to the Akatsuka Branch of Tsukuba Bank the other day, it had been raining since the morning. After a while, he came near me and called out to me, but I was really confused and wondered what kind of training the employees of Tsukuba Bank received. After that, I went to the hospital and was told that it would take 2 weeks to fully recover, but when I went to the bank with the medical certificate, I was told that I would have to consult with the head office. We were talking, and I was surprised when you asked me in the worst way how much money you wanted. It bothered me that it looked like I was trying to extort money, and if the bank behaved like that, I would also consult a lawyer and fight it in court.

  It's not easy to go to a bank teller during the day on weekdays, but the customer service was good even when it was crowded at the end of the year.
