::I visited this restaurant in Toyokawa because it was a place where you could eat authentic Champon to your heart's content. It was a delicious Champon with lots of vegetables, extra noodles, and Nagasaki's unique Surimono. Sara udon... maybe it's because of the extra vegetables? There's too much bean paste and it's thin.This one feels like it's going to stick to the lingerie. It would have been nice if it had some salt sauce like the linguine.
