::In January 2020, I stopped by when I was visiting Sasebo, where I lived 50 years ago, with my elderly father. I think it was close to the station back then, and I feel like I often came here to eat with my mom. Please excuse me if I'm wrong. There was a bit of a line, but we got in right away. I was hungry because I could see the cooking process from outside. It was delicious! The low-concentration but strong-flavored soup, noodles, and toppings had a perfect balance, and I finished it in no time. Even if you realize halfway through that you only need a large serving, it's too late. Raw eggs are recommended. I regret that they didn't have oysters because it was the new year, but I wanted to come back to eat them again.

::I have a shellfish allergy, so I can't really eat champon. . . However, Daizen's Champon can be eaten without seafood. I was grateful. If you think about it, about 30 years ago It was a sauce cutlet bowl restaurant that I ate at in the underground mall. I was nostalgic for the same old taste.

::Amazing katsudon😊 and champon. Very Near the train station and you can watch them cook your food. Katsudon sauce is on the sweet side and it comes in different sizes! Highly recommend trying it.

::Awesome katsuda don for a decent price. Close by the station too.
