  The post office ladies were very kind, and the uncles were very enthusiastic, explaining and helping me attentively, so that I could successfully send biscuits back to Taiwan. I am very grateful for their enthusiasm and help, and I don’t feel any impatience at all. It’s just that they have to shovel snow very hard every day! !
