::Heirloom miso (expensive miso) 450g 810 yen 5 miso puddings 378 yen per piece 1 miso soft serve ice cream 430 yen I bought it. Is the sales floor space being reduced? There were no product shelves or product cases as shown in the review photos. There are about 3 types of miso. It was daytime on a weekday, so there weren't many customers, and there was only one female staff member. The taste was good, but I still felt the price was high. If I live nearby, I might just want to go buy miso once in a while. The miso soft serve ice cream is too large for one person to eat. At first, it's sweet and salty and delicious, but in the second half, the sweet and salty taste stops and it's just a normal soft serve ice cream.

::I've been addicted to miso soup lately, so I ordered miso from the famous local Uchiyama Miso. Paired with lots of fresh vegetables, you can enjoy a cup like you would at a high-quality inn. My eldest son, who is picky about the taste of the miso pudding we purchased together, was so happy that he said he would buy it again.

::[Lots of miso sweets! ] Few people may think of sweets when they hear the word miso, but this shop overturns that common sense. They offer reasonably rich miso sweets and snacks, and their unique flavors open up new taste horizons. Sweets that take advantage of the flavor of miso have a more delicate and rich taste than you might imagine. For example, even though they use traditional Japanese seasonings, such as miso-based caramel sauce pudding, they somehow have the essence of sophisticated Western sweets. The appeal of this shop is not only that it offers unique miso sweets, but also the depth of flavor that each sweet has, and the unexpected ways in which miso is used. It delights the taste buds of those who eat it, and at the same time expands the possibilities of eating. At first I thought, ``Sweets made with miso?'' But when I actually experienced the complex and rich flavor, my preconceptions were blown away. The wide variety of miso sweets is recommended not only for those with a sweet tooth, but also for foodies who want to explore new possibilities of miso.

::I visited for the first time in several years. I tried to use the cafe, but it was already closed. It's only takeout now, which was a bit disappointing. This time I bought miso pudding, soy sauce pudding, and limited-time cherry blossom pudding. All of them were incredibly delicious. They had miso soft serve ice cream, so I ate that outside the shop. It had a slightly salty taste and just the right amount of sweetness, giving it an addictive soft-serve ice cream flavor. A bakery had opened next door, selling fruit sandwiches and other items that were popular at the moment. Both stores allow you to pay with PayPay, which is very convenient.

::It was my first time visiting the store. You can buy without reservation. It was a Sunday afternoon, but the snack raw bread Azuki was sold out, so the daily raw bread Izumi was freshly baked. If it's freshly baked, it's wrapped in paper and lightly secured with masking tape, then you can put it in a paper bag and take it home, and once it's cooled, put it in a transparent bag and tie it shut, and they'll also include the bag. If it is not freshly baked, it is placed in a transparent bag from the beginning. Each item is placed in a paper bag, giving it a luxurious feel. It looks like it would be good as a souvenir or gift. I also bought a fruit sandwich that is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, and it was fresh and delicious. Izumi was seriously a delicious loaf of bread that could be eaten as is. When I ate the Uchiyama as is the next day, it was a little hard, so I think it would be best to bake it as instructed. They sell bread ears for 50 yen per bag, and my family loved them so much that they wanted to eat them every day and buy them all. (lol) I think it's definitely softer and more delicious than regular commercially available bread crusts. As expected, they are bread ears, but they are not something you can get for free. There seems to be an original jam, but I couldn't find it. Maybe it was before it was released. They also sell rusks. The building has a unique interior that resembles an art gallery, giving it the feel of a high-end bakery. I'm also curious about the other building outside.
