  It's an Inaniwa udon restaurant, but for some reason they also have pork cutlet. Inaniwa udon is limited to the cold, slippery version, but there are also dishes that are typical of Akita, such as junsai duck meat tsukemen. It's a little dark even during the day. There are various toppings, but the first one is definitely Nimi Udon. The sesame sauce is expensive but delicious.
