  Great customer service, awesome buffet for dinner and breakfast, and fantastic rooftop onsen. Will be coming back soon.

  This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The room especially was old, air conditioning barely worked. The staff was great and very welcoming. The lobby looks much better than the rooms. They also have a nice albeit small onsen overlooking the view of the city.

  We came here for lunch and it was pretty good. The lobby area was well decorated and it has a nice garden.

  I had a bad experience here. The service was good but the rooms were very old, stained everywhere and badly needed renovations. I came in late July but the air conditioning barely worked even though I had it on 18 and max power. The bathroom drained could only take minimal water before flooding, and the free breakfast ended at 8:30 AM. The pillow had straw in them and hurt my neck a lot. I had to pay for a room upgrade to get a room that I wasn’t really satisfied with. The staff was nice but some in management or the ownership group really needs to pay for serious upgrades. I stayed in hundreds of rooms in Japan and this was only the second time I felt like this.

  This hotel is terrible. Very old and not kept up. See the pictures. AC in the room does not work. Water stains all over the ceiling and walls. Bathroom has not been updated since the building was constructed. Take a look at the bathroom pictures. Horrible. Front desk told us to open the windows to cool the room. It was super hot. Unrepared holes in the walls. Windows are so dirty you can't relax and see the view. Beware of "ocean view" it's not great. From the outside pictures you would think you can get ocean front view but it turns out it's the same building but split into two hotels. Very deceiving looking. Very very disappointed from how the hotel is described online.
