::The view is spectacular, onsens are amazing, and the food is delicious. The rooms are a bit dated, but the bathroom in our room was recently renovated and the AC worked great. No smoke smell in our room either, which you sometimes get with older hotels. Definitely recommend for a family vacation with young children. The kids play place was a huge hit with our one year old. It was easy for Dad to entertain him while I soaked in the onsen. There are activities I'm sure older kids would enjoy too such as karaoke, ping pong, manga, and an arcade. It's a 10 min walk (1min drive with free parking if you need to drive) to a small beach area, and a 15 min walk to a place to go horseback riding. The area also is close to a lot of tourist sites regarding the Christian history in Japan which I found really neat. There are also other site seeing things in the area as well like the Hirado Castle, shrines and temples, etc. The Catholic churches built in the 1900's are really cool though.

::This hotel is really nice. It's big and the rooms are spacious. We had a room with a lovely sea view. The onsen here is huge too! One has a really nice high up view as well! It's very relaxing. Inside the hotel there are various amusements including free karaoke, games arcade, hammocks to read in, a kids play area, table tennis etc. The food was good, it's buffet style for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend staying here especially if you can get a deal! The hotel is close to the beach too.

::Maybe the best deal I've ever seen in Japan. It was raining so it's a pity because I could not enjoy the beach and views so much... But the room was beautiful and huge with a large terrace. The food was good and abundant. The onsens are beautiful and there are many of them. And it was only 8400en all inclusive! I'm travelling solo so if you share the room, it might end up being way cheaper. Definitely will try to come back with nicer weather.

::Came on a Tuesday the first week of August. Room was 12,000 yen with both dinner and breakfast included. The good Room was large - got western/ Japanese room which had a balcony and great view of the ocean It's very reasonable for the price Has an onsen - water is brought in and heated. The not so good It's main clients are family's with young kids which parents just let roam free - so it's loud with kids going wild It's showing its age Lots of bugs and spiders - two large spiders in my room Quality of food is low It's OK for what you pay

::If you don’t mind sleeping in the room smells like someone is smoking while in the beds, this is fairly decent place considering location and amenities. But the guestroom can be much improved; lavatory is dated with burnt mark. I had to let window open during the stay in the winter because of strong cigarette smell. I asked for changing the room (booked 3 rooms in all same condition) but the staff said no empty room no non-smoking room. Very simple.
