::The greatest Gyoza. 幸楽 ('Kokoru') is an unassuming restaurant in Utsunomiya, Japan's Gyozatown, that produces the finest crispy, chewy, and perfectly seasoned pork dumplings I've tasted. Also try the gyoza soup. Ramen is clean and delcious; not too heavy with the gyoza. Menu is in Japanese. It's off the beaten track, but 100% worth the effort
