  The guy at the reception desk at Japan Post Bank had a really bad attitude. I just asked because I didn't understand, but it's obvious! He said this with a bit of an angry tone. I know you're busy, but don't bother the customers.

  When I came to the store to open an account, an elderly man who appeared to be a guide told me that if I didn't have a reservation, they wouldn't accept my reservation. I was told to make a reservation and come back. Even though I told them that there was no such information on their homepage, they said, ``If you don't have a reservation...'' and refused to take action. There were no employees at the counter, and there were no customers. Even if it is a response to the coronavirus, it is abnormal. Later, when I checked with the Japan Post Bank inquiry desk, I was told that although the reservation system is allowed in order to avoid crowds as a response to the coronavirus, it would be too much to turn people away. I was able to open an account at a nearby post office. If they only accept reservations, I don't think they need an usher.

  The work is thorough and the customer service is courteous, but I feel that the same procedures take longer than other stations.
