::Once you place your order, we will start making it, so it will take about 10 minutes. If you want to eat right away, you can also eat inside the store. This time I took it home and ate it at home. The richness of the fat, the subtle vinegar flavor, and the thickness of the meat make it a first-class product. All I can say is delicious. I plan to buy the largest size next time I go!

::If you enjoy traveling by food and discovering each prefectures “meibutsu-youri”, then this is THE Hachinohe food experience! Firstly, the restaurant is located on the 7th floor of the hotel. I became aware of it from the “Abroad in Japan” YouTube channel. Despite the language barrier, the staff were very sweet and charming and assisted me throughout, despite my limited Japanese. I ordered the course set, which could feed me several times over. It features several Hachinohe staples, such as: Saba (mackeral) sushi and sashimi, Hachinohe ramen, and Senbei Jiru, among many other dishes. If you enjoy “off the beaten path” experiences, this is the one for your stomach!

::Hands down the best mackerel (saba) sushi I have ever had in my life. Located on the 7th floor of the Hachinohe New City Hotel. The saba set meal was amazing and had multiple dishes that just kept coming! Very delicious and filling! 2 people in my party couldn't even finish. Everything from the senbei (rice cracker) mackerel soup to the saba mackerel sushi was fresh amd amazing. Everything was very inexpensive for what you got and the staff were very friendly and told us about all the dishes, including the rare senbei trimmings dish (in the photos) that you rarely see. I am definitely going back next time I'm in Hachinohe. This is truly a HIDDEN GEM that should be well known soon as there should be lineups out the door on the street for this place!!
